n late October we received the worst service we have ever had from the Mason store! It took 2 hours to receive a cold pizza. The driver said if you have a problem with that, call the store. So I did (for the 3rd time-previously asking where the pizza was). The person was rude and said next time come into the store if we didn’t like waiting. I have been a long time customer of this establishment and today I attempted to order a pizza Starting at 12:20 pm until 12:55 pm. During this time they hung up on me 4 different times. I hate to write this but you don’t treat customers this way, so they have received the last order from this household. Very poor service
