“Great chicken fingers but wish they had BBQ or ranch sauce and side other than coleslaw. Texas toast good. Staff is great and food fresh. Just limitations. Perhaps Mac n cheese or baked beans and variety of sauce but I know all is made in house so certainly worth it“

“So friendly, fast, food is hot. I asked employees if they would go to Norwood Wendy's, and teach them how to work in restaurant. I will drive from Norwood to Loveland to get Wendy's. Norwood Wendy employees visit and take lots of notes??“

“They were nice, but not as friendly as the past. This was drive-thru close to closing! New visit 1/19/24 - again, I used the drive-thru. This was around midnight. Took my bag home. Was starting to eat at about 2:15AM. My food was prepared wrong and had an item missing. I called the store and Greg, the manager, told me to come back and give his name and they would replace my food. I'm glad there is a manager that will admit when they made a mistake and then makes it right!

The workers were smiling, happy and were very welcoming! They made suggestions and didn’t rush me to finish my order. I was greeted immediately and my food was made just as l wanted! “The experiences woman making Sandwiches was impressive. Watching from a manager standpoint, I was immediately impressed with her hustle, efficiency, and ability to keep moving things forward. She had a 4 sandwich order and still started on the next order, which makes the people waiting feel like they haven't waited so long. Great traits for an employee. I wanted to tell her, but she had gone to restock something when I was checking out. I assume the other two are in training since I saw no inclination of hustle. Hopefully her work ethic and efficiency rubs off on them while training.“
