I would like to start by first saying we LOVE FREDDY’S. We have been to other locations and it was always GREAT! This location is a bit to be desired. The staff was nice and they all were working however I noticed that what seemed to be the manager micro managing his employees. I understand that the employees are mostly kids and need direction but when you employee holds his hand out for the bag for drive thru and he snatches it back and hands the order out.
