This place is absolutely wonderful! We'd never heard of it until we needed to go to Meijer in the same neighborhood. We stopped in and we're glad we did. The place fills my yearning for Steak and Shake which shut down in Cincinnati. Their selection of burgers, chicken, and hot dogs is wonderful! My personal favorite is their Patty Melt. The fries are thin and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back!

We had lunch today at the Loveland , Oh location. I know most restaurants keep it cold inside but this was beyond ridiculous. It was so cold we could not even enjoy our $7 hamburger. When my husband went to get our food he politely asked if they could turn the air conditioning down and the gentleman said he would. My husband ordered a diet dr pepper and I got a diet pepsi. There was no taste to either one of the drinks. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not good. The table was sticky and your feet slipped on the floor everywhere you walked. The only positive thing was the burger was good and food was hot. At least for a moment. The temperature outside when we left was 63. It felt at least ten degrees warmer outside!

Food is usually good. Employee manners could some major work however. I dont think tsking a moment ti read the shakes is unreasonable. I understand you disliking that someone might take a few minutes and up your drive-through time that doesn’t mean that you should be rude to them. Otherwise, I love Freddy’s their shakes are usually great
