“I love this place and have been going here for years. Ordered a small frozen yogurt cup to go a little bit before closing time. The employee there was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The yogurt was delicious. I witnessed a rude lady come in on my way out as it was in the process of closing and she was harassing the worker, and he responded so politely and patiently.“

“Historically, I used to not like crumbl because I felt they were too sweet and sometimes underbaked, however, since they started branching out with their flavors and different items more, I find it so fun to see the new flavors and I actually enjoy their cheesecakes and sometimes their brownies or cakes, even some specific flavors. The flavors are fun and for the most part it excites me to see what they end up like.“

“This now my favorite spot to get a chia latte it tastes so much better than any place I ever had. And the macaroons are delicious and taste fresh. The matcha latte and ube was so so delicious, the workers/ owners are so sweet and kind they almost know you and what you want, they are soft spoken and make sure they get it right the first time so that next time they know exactly what you want and or like“
“Absolutely delicious! We were in Cincy just for the weekend and had to go twice! Their ice cream cookie sandwiches are to die for! Their gluten free chocolate chip is one of the best gluten free cookies I’ve had. To top it off, the cookies are warm when they serve them. I’m thankful that I don’t live in Cincy because this place would be the death of me.“

“I visited on 5/8/26 and accidentally placed my order for pickup the next day. After I showed my receipt, the staff took care of it immediately and gave me my cookies with no issues. The cookies were great, but the customer service stood out the most. Friendly, understanding, and very helpful.“
