I love manchego cheese and have never put it on a burger. I will be from here on out. The fried manchego with peppers and the orange/pineapple/whatever sauce was delicious.

“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! “I’ve been here a couple times and absolutely loved it. It’s a good place to get a hearty breakfast and a good cup of coffee. The food is good, the service is outstanding and despite the place being a bit cramped at time it’s cozy. I particularly recommend this one thing I had that I think was called the Flying Pig. It was ham and swiss on french toast, and while that sounds weird it was absolutely delicious. Definitely check this place out if you can.“

“Last time we came here we had a gift card for Oakley kitchen, and the man working at the time (April 16th 2024 actually) did sketches and drawings and was super nice, (also the burgers are phenomenal) he figured out how to use the gift card perfectly fine and even rung us up a second time for another order. We came again today and they suddenly can’t take the gift card, it’s a 100 dollar gift card and there’s only four places even open here with fat Al’s being one of the two places we’re interested in. Really dissapointing as it was used perfectly fine the last time TWICE and we drove half an hour to get here specifically for their burgers. The manager was on the phone and said they were one of the last people to switch to using a card (or something like that??) but again it worked last time we came so that doesn’t make any sense :/ our visit today was on 4/30/24.“

“My family and I have been coming here for years and I've yet to be disappointed. The food is fantastic, and the service is quick and kind. Even if they are busy, they will get you in, or if you have a large party, they can accommodate you. Their menu is large and varied, so you will find something for everyone. Keep an eye out for the seasonal menu because it changes and you'll find yummy things on it.

“We came here for dinner one mid-week evening before taking a stroll through Summit Park. You can definitely show up dressed comfortably/casually, but they have pretty decent ambiance, suitable for some weekend fun. We weren't super intrigued by the menu; it was a little less extensive than I'd hope from a place like this, mostly heavier options, and maybe not a ton of things I'd order next time. For me, the mussels far exceeded my expectations. That broth was heavenly, the bread was soft and perfect for soaking up the great flavors, the mussels themselves were very abundant, and had okay freshness. My lady said her burger was mediocre. She tried both the truffle fries and duck fat fries and was disappointed by both. I've never seen her not eat fries before, so that says a lot! Service was good overall. I'd come back for those mussels any day, but not quite as excited to dig deeper into the menu. I wouldn't deter anybody from giving them a try, especially if out enjoying the park on a nice day.“

“Neighborhood nar and grill where I felt welcome as an outsider. The burgers were cooked perfectly to order. My burger (medium well) came out with a patty the measured roughly 1-3/4" thick and 3" wide. Some don't like so thick burgers, but it was juicy and cooked perfectly to order.“

My most recent visit was on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, where I enjoyed the patio and the rare treat of a weekday brunch. As someone with a nontraditional schedule, I love that they offer brunch during the week! Though I didn’t see a Bloody Mary on the menu, the bartender went above and beyond to make me one, and it was hands down one of the best I've ever had. I also ordered the brunch fries, which were spot-on. The service was outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and they really made me feel at home.
