The food is cooked at the time of ordering so the food is hot and fresh. They are consistent at being the best. Also, the servers are friendly and fast.I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program as it is wonderful! You get a free dessert just for signing up. Then you get free food very often. This has to be the best reward system going.You won't be disappointed when you order the 2 piece cod sandwich or a big boy with extra tartar sauce. The fries are fresh and hot.They also have a blackboard with names on it, and if your name is on it, you get your food for free. The board is changed daily. That's it. Well, it is clean which seems like a surprise after the unpromising exterior. On your left, the wall to the right has the menu options. Your food will be "delivered" through a pass window in the other dining area. Order arrived promptly. We shared the BBLT wrap and it's pretty good while the simple side salad is over dressed but lots of cheese. And additional dressing on the side! I hope they make a go of it elsewhere , because one of the many crude signs says they are closing in July.“

We've had subpar experiences at the one on Cincinnati-Dayton location in West Chester and had almost given up on the franchise. We were there for the Friday Seafood bar. The food was outstanding. “If you are a Dasher, you can count on these guys to put your order together for you and do a pretty quality job when doing so. The order was not ready when I arrived and I did sit for a bit waiting. In their slight defense, it was a stacked order but they did not appear to be busy. They gave me water to refill me water bottle and that was cool. They are friendly as well and they verify the full order making sure any one who orders gets everything.As a consumer they have always gotten my orders right too. I do not think I have ever ordered from here and been told that they did not have something unlike KFC Field's Ertel (chicken of all things). They honour coupons at least I had a coupon which they took and in my book that alone deserves good warrant. I love friendly, helpful staff and they gots it. They had house sauce on it which I couldn't really taste, so I added 1 packet of mayo and mustard. Several napkins required for the burger, that's good! They have one of those new touchscreen soda machines, No Root beer . I am definitely coming back and bringing family. I would choose this place over five guys burgers if they were side by side.
