I had to change my review after 3 terrible experiences in a row with them. Today I used the app and waited 20 minutes before arriving at the drive thru. Waited another 10 minutes to be told to pull ahead and they would bring it out. Thirty minutes later and they finally did. Got home and the order was totally wrong and missing 2 burgers. Went back to get them and they gave us 2 chicken sandwiches but luckily we checked in the parking lot so it wasn't hard to fix this time. This...read full review
