Fat Al's Burgers offers phenomenal burgers that are very well prepared. The friendly and patient staff provide excellent customer service, often going out of their way to ensure a great dining experience. The bacon is crispy, and the toppings are generous, making for a delicious meal. Chili fries are a must-try, as they are also phenomenal. The atmosphere in the food hall is nice but quiet, with more people needed to enjoy the variety of options available. Unfortunately, there have been inconsistencies with accepting gift cards, which can be disappointing for returning customers.
