“The time of services matters at most of the area restaurants, keep in mind Cincinnati Greater area closes early, I arrived around 7pm nice time for dinner, meal was delicious and service was kind and mannerable smile as good customer service does. “Smokey Bones has never disappointed. This particular location took the cake as Cleo at the bar went above and beyond to give the best experience we have had at any Smokey Bones location thus far. “First off, Sandman is a wonderful and friendly server. He was super patient, outgoing and knew how to have a little bit of fun too. My party of 4 ordered a decent chunk of the menu and we all enjoyed the food.Their wings are very tender and tasty. Lots of flavor and spice options. The salmon salad and the vegetable a with flat bread are simple, healthy, and just what is needed after a hike on the Great Miami trail or kayaking on the river, or listening to one of the frequent concerts in the park across the street.“

“I lived in Columbus for a while and Roosters was a staple for me. I always said they were underappreciated by locals because it's hard to find wings this consistently great and affordable in most cities. After coming to Cincy and trying this location, I'll say it's up to par with the Columbus locations; they're not stingy with saucing the wings, tots and wedges were perfection, and my online order was ready 10 mins before pickup time. “Was looking for restaurants that had jerk chicken, and gave Teranga a try. I ordered the Yassa yap and jerk chicken with greens. The presentation and temperature were good, the jerk chicken and the side of rice were extremely delicious! The chicken was soft and flavorful. The rice was regular white rice but so web cooked, I loved it. I was not a fan of the Yassa yap which is lamb because the meat was chewy and it was mostly fat rather than meat. Also, the greens were not that great because they were mooshy. Overall, it was good to give it a try, I will try their oxtails next time.“

“I had the best cheese steak here today. My fries were also really good, I could tell the oil used was fresh and at the correct temperature to make them crispy without being greasy. But the star of my visit to your Colerain location was the counter person who waited on me, Kenya. Kenya is such a shining star at your establishment. She is friendly, smiley, professional, and she has a great customer service presence. Seriously, she should be cloned and lent out to restaurants with sub par service so they can see how customer service done right is accomplished. While your food is really good, it’s your wonderful staff and the super clean restaurant and bathroom that will keep me returning.“

“Every single employee and I've dealt with at least 6 or 7 of them is great. They are fast and immediately greet u even If they can't help u right away. The cute girl with the rainbow hair is always bubbly and smiling and kind. The roughly 30 year old black guy also stands out. The older white guy isn't the most approachable guy in the world but he does his job and has went out of his way to help me a few times now. Overall this is probably the best fast food place in the area when it comes to staff. Haven't had a single complaint and I'm there at least 5 times a week.“

“Quite literally my favorite wings of all time. Sauces: Might be the difference maker. For one they don't "go easy" on the amount. I always have some sauce left over on the bottom of the tray. Not an over powering amount but just enough. The flavors are just out of this world. I get Hot Buffalo and Teriyaki. The Teriyaki is incredibly sweet, and the Hot Buffalo is the perfect combination of both. The Wings: Uniform in size. Nothing too big or too little. Easy to cut with a fork. Perhaps more breading on the outer layer but doesn't bother me. They hire high schoolers to cook these in the back so they don't always get the temperature right but rarely an occurrence for me. The Ranch: a great compliment, it's not wing stop ranch but it's damn close. The Waffle Fries & Cheese: pretty unique combo. I love the idea of using waffle fries instead of your standard French fry. Unfortunately the cheese hardens up and doesn't fill up a full layer on top, for both reasons I would stick to a standard size of these instead of a basket of them. Plenty of excellent beers on tap. Inside is a great atmosphere and surround sound is some of the best I've heard in a sports bar. The patio area is pretty underwhelming. The TVs are all on one half of the room so depending on your seating you may be turn around the whole game. Otherwise there isn't anything they can do about it. Crossroads deserves much better than a 2 or 3 out of 5. Half of the reviews are a bunch of East-Siders upset about the self-service or cheap utensils. This place is a gem“
