I’ve been in the store as she was being treated poorly by over entitled people while she maintained a great composure and appeared unfazed. It’s always pleasant to see the workers!“

“We were incredibly impressed by the quality of food and service we received from this location this past weekend. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right down the street and we got hungry at about 10PM on Saturday. I tried to order a pizza on the app and had trouble figuring out how to order half Veggie and half Sausage, so I called the restaurant. The woman on the phone was so very helpful and just took my order on the phone. We gave them our address at the Hilton and in about 25 minutes we received a knock at our door and we were surprised when the Domino's employee brought the Pizza and Parmesan Bread Bites to our room on the 3rd floor! How awesome was the door service! After that pleasant surprise, we dug into the food, and the first words out of my wife's mouth were "Wow, this is Domino's? This is so good!" I could not have agreed with here more-it tasted amazing!! And the Bread bites were absolutely incredible! We will for sure stay at this Hilton Garden hotel in the future-for the Dominos food!!“

“First time trying them tonight. Got the 20 piece traditional and Cajun fries. Everything was amazing. Tasted exactly like you want when you're craving wings and fries. The fries were especially crispy which I love and the wings were pretty good sized. Definitely recommend them.“

“After an 8-hour drive from Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania to the Batavia area to visit our daughter and grandson, my fiancé and I were looking for a place to unwind near our hotel. We tried another spot first and quickly realized that was a mistake, but thankfully we ended up at Roosters — and we should have gone there from the start! Madison, our bartender, completely changed the mood of our trip. She was welcoming, fun, spunky, attentive, and made us feel like regulars from the moment we walked in. The wings were great, but what really stood out was the atmosphere and the experience she created. We had such a good time that we came back three nights in a row and were never disappointed. Huge thanks to Madison and the team for turning a long travel day into a fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

“We were visiting from Florida where they have closed all the joellas in the last year or so. It's my sons favorite restaurant. So we stopped in after a day at kings island and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious. It's conveniently located in a very nice area. We loved it and will come back every time we visit ohio moving forward.“

“My favorite restaurant in Mason, and maybe ever. The food is surprisingly cheap for how big the portion sizes are, and how crazy delicious it is. “This was my first time here. This place was amazing. They have a room downstairs for parties which I was aloud to go down and look at. I got the bacon cheddar burger and some fried pickles. The burger was delicious. Also had an espresso martini that was very good. Will definitely be coming back“

The wedge salad tasted like they picked it from the Garden of Eden, made with the world’s best house made ranch dressing- they should bottle that Sh!T. & My drink was top-notch, served by great bartenders in a cozy brick pub, like if Cheers had a “study”. My entree was the Beef on Weck sandwich. All I can say is WHAT THE WECK WAS THAT?! So juicy! So delicious! The cooks in the back were raised RIGHT. Best kept secret in Cincinnati for sure. “1st time trying this place - not from the area so I was excited to see this as an option.
This food is amazing. I got the grilled chicken and brown rice as a substitute for rice and beans that I originally ordered (they were out) with plantains. Ma'am at the register (I presume owner?) was pleasant and I am grateful. Their ginger juice is tasty too!
Only gave it 4 stars because they were out of Cabbage and rice and beans - I will get it the next time Im down here. Otherwise would have definitely been 5🌟

“My family had a retirement party for me last Friday. Sam, our hostess was wonderful and the staff that was helping made sure the food kept coming, and Sam kept the drinks flowing!😃. The party room was perfect. I had a wonderful time!“

“Ordered the gyro, made no alterations, was surprised to find their recipe doesn’t include Tzatiki sauce, but does include pickles, which I’ve never had on a gyro before. Overall pretty good, probably would stick with their chicken next time.“

“I love going to Indian Mound Cafe. It is my primary destination for cheeseburgers, and I am NEVER disappointed. The onion rings are outstanding as well, which usually is not the case at most restaurants. There are no soggy or greasey onion rings at the Mound. The are crisp and delicious.

The owner, Sheila, is a truly lovely person who makes you feel like your business is important, but not as important to her as you are as a person. Whenever I stop in, Sheila greats me with a smile. On more than one occasion, when I have been having a bad day or two and stoped in to eat, Sheila always asks how I am. And not in a superficial or condescending way, but like someone who really does give a hoot.

As an older adult who spends a consiserable amount of time alone, it is heartwarming to think that someone is glad to see me. It is even more touching that someone is honestly concerned about my well being. But that seems to be the case with many of the customers who come to the Indian Mound Cafe. It really is one of those places where the owner and staff know the majority of clientele and treat them as more than just a source of income, but like friends.

As if those atributes aren't enough, there aren't a lot of places at this point where you can have a sit-down meal cooked to order w a soft drink and tip for under $20. I tend to make it in at least several times a month, and I typically bring folks with me. One of my regular dining companions raves about the vegetable soup which, like all the soups, is homemade. I, personally, keep trying to stop in early enough on a Thursday to try the sliders special, but no luck so far--they are always sold out.

One more thing, there is an excellent Central American bakery a couple of doors down from the Mound on the same side of the street. It is well worth stopping in and grabbing some delicious (and extremely budget friendly) baked goods to take home or enjoy as desert after eating at the Mound. The pastries are not super sweet, which I like. But of course, that just means I want more! And at the prices they charge, I can walk out with a good sized bag for between $10 and $12. It is one of those hidden gems that I really enjoy turning people on to. Bon Appetit.“

“Ordered delivery through Wingstop App. 10/10 would recommend. I got the game day bundle ( wings, fries, corn, and added veggies). Although being disappointed I ordered bone-in ( totally my fault) the quality of everything we got was fantastic! Everything was still hot, the fries crispy, the chicken juicy and flavorful.
