Joshua was very nice. Food was good and great portions! First time at this facility will most definitely be back. The only disappointment was they didn't have lunch prices, but overall great service.
The service was great I will continue to order from that location
Always in and out. Food is great.

Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' offers a mixed but generally positive experience. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially when Troy is managing, as he makes the takeout process smooth, timely, and stress-free. When Troy is on duty, orders are accurate, hot, and ready on time, creating a positive atmosphere for pickup. However, the experience can vary depending on the manager present. For example, when Josh is working, the vibe can feel chaotic, and service may not be as efficient or cheerful.
Some customers have encountered issues such as delays, incorrect orders, or missing items, which have resulted in frustration, especially when refunds are delayed. One visit was marked by a long wait and cold, dry food, though subsequent visits have improved, with food arriving hot and on time. The store's cleanliness is consistently noted as positive. Notably, the staff's attitude and customer service are highlighted as strengths, with managers like Von going above and beyond to resolve mishaps and ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' is seen as a place with friendly staff and good food, though experiences can vary based on management and timing.
