“I normally don't eat here, but for some reason I wanted to try it. I had the chili cheese fries and they didn't disappoint. The Fries were cooked correctly, had a good taste. I would have liked a little more chili to help with the cheese, but I do love cheese, so I couldn't really complain. The best part about my meal was that the vehicle in front of me in the drive-thru paid for my meal! So thanks to whoever paid it forward! ? I now owe someone a meal :)“

It is kind of like going to confession. There is a physical screen you talk through and a window separating you from your treat.

Like I said above, bring CASH because I do T think they take credit cards. I might be wrong.

There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here.

High school kid staff were warm and friendly and made me a perfect cone.

“I went through the drive thru and ordered fish sandwiches. I think it was the first day they started selling it for Lent. They weren’t sure if they had any. They told me they did but it would be awhile. When I got to the pay window I was offered a drink while I waited. I was told to pull to a parking spot and they would bring it out which they did in less than 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised about the customer service. I stopped going there because of their lousy service. The last time there I had to leave before I got my food because my lunch hour was over and needed time to get back. I will now be a customer again and I didn’t get the name of the lady that brought my food to the parking lot but she has made the whole fast food experience enjoyable again!! Thanks again!!!“

“As someone who loves and eats Mac and cheese as much as possible this was the perfect place to have dinner at. I got the lobster mac and cheese and I could not stop talking about how good it was. If you are in the area you need to try this place out!!!

Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

“I love Canes! They are by far the best fast food around. Always fresh and delicious. I don't care for the Cane's sauce and it would be nice to have more items put on the menu but when it comes to chicken and french fries this is the place to be.“

“It's pretty repetitive how often I say something is the "best ever" but when trying the Chili at Skyline Chili, I can confidentially say that the Coney Chili Dogs and Chili Pasta are the best ever. Though I was confused on how to eat the spaghetti chili, the helpful waitress told me to angle the plate vertically--not horizontally--while you eat. So that's exactly what I did! And the chilli was filling and very tasteful! A splendid experience in Cincinnati that I've waited nearly two years to try!“

“A unique experience. The restaurant was like any other but the chili is definitely different. It has many spices traditionally found in Indian and African cooking like cinnamon and allspice. This rich sauce reminded me of a mole or curry.Every dish comes 3,4, or 5 way:3-way is base, (hot dog, potato, spaghetti), chili, and cheese4-way adds either beans or onions5-way adds both beans and onionsYou can substitute black beans as a vegetarian option but I didn't have a chance to try it.“

“We take our little Niece there every Wednesday after school for her ice cream. She lives getting vanilla ice cream in a cup with rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips and whip cream. “They were pretty packed. I went thru the drive-thru. The garlic bread was not hot and wasn't done. The fries were not completely done and were soft, and not crisp like they should have been the only thing done was the chicken.
Every single person wants things fast well fast isn't always the best way. So what if it takes 3 more minutes on those fries? I'd rather wait and have my food the way it's supposed to be. Think about it.“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “If you are in Northern Kentucky you must visit this location. They are all things Chick fil A! They also have a dedicated lane for mobile app orders. The staff is always friendly and ready to provide a smile. Food is fresh and it is rare that my order has any issues.

Parking: This parking lot is small towards the front of the store. It can be hard to find a spot close to the front door.“

“I’d like to say that my husband and I have gone back to the Skyline drive thru near I275 in Colerain to give them another shot (we love eating Skyline) and they’ve been right on. I’m happy to report that the issues of not getting our order right seems to be fixed. Our food was exactly as we ordered it after getting home. We’ve gone through the drive thru 3 more times and no issues, we even added a dish at the window and they didn’t blink an eye. They added the item with friendly service I’d like to say I believe they fixed the problem! Bravo!! “Any time I'm in this area for lunch this is where I stop time permitting. Only complaint is how high the prices keep going but prices are doing that everywhere. Same burger used to be 4.99 is now 9.99, but it is still the best tasting double cheese made fresh.“

“We came from out of town and were told we had to try the three way. We stopped in at Skyline Chili. Our waitress Emma L. helped us figure out what we should order. Emma was the best! Unfortunately a table of furries seated next to us was so incredibly rude to Emma. They were loud, obnoxious and quite frankly creepy. Emma waited on them like they weren’t garbage humans. I have to say, I absolutely have no regrets! Tried the cheese Coney with habanero cheese, 3-way with habanero cheese, and a side salad with habanero cheese.
The service was absolutely amazing and super friendly. They were actually happy for us for trying it the first time.

“Always a consistent, great experience at any Chick-Fil-A and at this one I experienced the same. I chose to cater a work breakfast with their catering and they completed the order on time and it was done right! My employees LOVED it. Smiles for miles! Food was perfect and when I went back to check for leftovers it was gone. I personally am a big fan of the CFA experience and choose them every opportunity I am able. “I got the 4 Piece Chicken Dinner with cornbread and mac and cheese. Overall it was very good. I got the mild chicken which was very crispy, juicy and all around seasoned well. There is also a spicy option which I will try next time since the regular on its own doesnt have any kick to it. The mac and cheese was a cheddar mac and cheese and wasnt too chunky and tasted very good. The cornbread was also very good as well not too moist or dry and very buttery. Overall a very good fried chicken place for a good price and short wait time. In my opinion it's leagues better than any other fast food fried chicken place in this area.

“Forest time trying a skyline chili. The chili was good. It’s on the sweet side with a hint of cinnamon. They LOAD it full of cheese. We had gotten a chili coney, noodles and cheese, and the chili cheese fries. There wasn’t much of the fries, I would have expected more. Felt a little rushed from the staff even tho there was hardly anyone there. We would go back next time we are in the area, but maybe a different location.“

“I just visited this location and interacted with Elijah in the drive-thru. That interaction was the best part of my day and I’ve had a pretty good day. He was personable, upbeat and courteous. That is something that is rare when visiting fast food restaurants. You all are lucky to have him!“
