“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

“Awesome food! But these people don't admit wrong doing. Ive had some weird instances with their food and when you call them its a big deal to hop through their hoops just to get denied on a replacement order or anything comparable. After spending $30 its a let down but deal with it I guess.“

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“Placed an order for carry out last night and was leaving out the door to pay cash and have my favorite meal with my favorite person. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to make it to the order. After feeling really guilty all day, I called and a young lady answered the phone and heard me out, said it was ok and offered prayers for me and my people. “One of the only Chick-fil-A restaurants near us with a play place! It's great for rainy after school visits (with a treat, of course) or active lunches when you need to wear your kids out while still eating pretty good food. I can't say anything bad. We keep coming back!“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“Best fried chicken in Cincinnati - juicy, very tender and not overcooked. The perfect fresh flavour of the Lemon Pepper dust they season it with! The aroma is deadly perfect! My whole office smelled like my lunch. I also had the Zucchini straws which were very crunchy and a good portion. The Mac and cheese was disappointing as it was very watery and only used cheese sauce and not actual cheese. 10 minute wait time and priced fairly. Service was minimal but close to my office! I will be back !“

“The wait time is very quick you don't have to wait that long for your food is cooked to order so everything is hot which is good the only thing I didn't like is that they forgot the utensils

Parking: the parking is pretty tight but there is a car wash not even like one feet over from Lee's Chicken you can park over there and just walk over“

“I was in the military in the early 80s and there was one Popeyes in San Antonio Texas. We used to drive to the other side of town just to get this chicken and since the 1980s I have been a huge fan of Popeyes food. It’s good tasting, non-greasy, appealing to the pallet, and always reasonable. They always offer deals to make it so that people with short pockets can get a meal. I appreciate that within a company.
