I hate that they ask you to pull away from the drive-through to wait for your food when nobody is behind you (trying to jack up their drive-through performance stats). But the food is always got and the service is usually great.
Decided to check out the Colerain location instead of the usual Glenway location. Tremendous difference! Colerain service was prompt and courteous, plus they filled the order correctly. Most of all, the chicken was not burned; breast meat was moist, and sides were perfect.
