Arby's staff is generally friendly and professional. One employee, Adrion, was particularly helpful and attentive, ensuring proper orders and providing excellent customer service. However, there have been issues with order understanding and accuracy, including incorrect drinks and miscommunication about meals. Despite these problems, the reviewer appreciates the food and would continue visiting this location due to its proximity, hoping for improved service.
