“Had a fairly large order for myself and my family. (What I deem as a large order anyways). I was the third car in drive-thru and waited less than a few seconds to be acknowledged. To pay and receive my order was maybe 7 minutes, if that. And they were a little busy inside as well. Also, for reference, I showed up 30 mins before closing time.“

“Placed a pick up order yesterday evening for after a softball game and the game went longer than expected. Got there almost an hour later than I had told them and they were kind enough to make my order fresh again. No side eye looks, no grumpy faces, every one of the workers were just smiling and working. I felt bad for wasting food but they assured me that it was ok. Great crew“

This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. “Shout out to the whole team at this location! We came in for green ways and when I say they were busy, I mean it. The dining room was full and the drive through was never empty.

Everyone was working insanely hard to keep everything running smoothly and they did not miss a beat.

Addy, inparticular, toom care of us at the counter and did an amazing job. She checked on us constantly while running food for other servers and taking care of the rest of her tables.“

We ordered the coney case and three ways and he had it all organized and ready to go. He was also extremely kind on the phone discussing the order and what exactly I would need for the amount of people we had. I only wish I was able to give him a bigger tip because he truly made my day and made ordering with skyline a breeze! Everything was also delicious….but that’s a given😉“

The chili has a unique sweet and savory flavor that’s different from traditional chili, but it works perfectly over spaghetti or hot dogs. The cheese is always piled high, the portions are filling, and the food comes out fast. Their 3-Way and Cheese Coneys are easily the best things on the menu. The restaurant itself feels casual and comforting, especially if you want something quick and satisfying. Definitely a Cincinnati classic worth trying at least once“

They have amazingly awesome chili dishes and the customer service is very efficient excellent and professional.
