“If I could give them even more stars, I would!! The owner, Mike himself, took care of us while we were there and he was amazing! So kind and kept us smiling during our entire meal! He was so sweet with my 18 month old daughter, even giving her some suckers and a gift certificate for next time. Not only was the service top notch, but the food was to die for! We got specialty burgers and my daughter got chicken tenders, all of which were made fresh and perfectly cooked/seasoned! I can’t recommend this place enough. Already can’t wait to visit again!!“

“Grabbed a dog on the way to the Reds game yesterday. I ordered a Norway, and man I wasn't disappointed.

The hot dogs are robust and have a really good flavor. The toppings were delicious and were of generous portions. This hot dog was massive. I didn't realize why they offered me a fork, knife, and napkins until after I received it.

It's pricey, but honestly, it isn't a bad value when take into account how big it is. For the $10 I paid, I'm more than satisfied.

My only issue is it took a while to make. Not sure why, but it was roughly 10-15 mins for them to make my Norway dog. Thankfully the game was delayed a bit due to weather. But otherwise, I would have missed the first inning.

But other than that, this was a great experience.

Will I be back? No doubt.“

“First time experiencing Cincinnati Chili as somebody who doesn't actually like most chili, and I was not disappointed.

The food was great (4-way with onions slaps) and you HAVE to try the chili spice ice cream topped with oyster crackers. This ice cream is the perfect blend of sweet and savory.

But what really made my lunch so special was the service. Rita, our server, was an absolute sweetheart. She leans into the family-friendly vibe of this location and provides customized service for each table.

All-in-all, this is a local chain, but the Newport location seems to embody a family-friendly, midwestern spirit that I would recommend.“

Our server, the staff, and the manager were all first rate: friendly, attentive, and professional.
The food was great: classic Skyline, served hot, fresh, and with a smile.

The Beechmont location is busy and heavily trafficked, and the management takes great care of the operation, guests, and staff.

“I get my salad every week at Lucky Dog, Murphy my dog is always welcome, they are good people. everything in my salad is always fresh and reasonably priced. The salads have a-lot of filling protein and flavor. If you eat downtown regularly you know a fresh salad with enough filling protein is hard to find for $7. Lucky Dog makes my everyday work life bearable. Also they sell the biggest fountain drink for the lowest price. and cheesecake. 🏆😉They have my loyalty“

“This place is donating $25,000.00 to the family of an employee, a young mother of two, who was murdered while working there recently. Coca Cola is matching the donation. The restaurant is additionally donating 20% of this week's total revenues. We went there not only for food, but to contribute in a small way to the cause. The place was packed! The drive through line was massive. We were seated fairly quickly, and the staff was doing an excellent job of coping with the incredible number of patrons present. It's been non stop since the beginning of the week and surely will be until the end of the donation week. “As always food was just as expected but it could have been a lil warmer.
There were quite a few tables and booths needing bussed, but when the guy came out he did them all efficiently.
Restrooms were clean and service friendly. I was a lil surprised that they had only 1 drink size. Wanting a small softdrink, I was told there was only 1 size. I questioned one of the small cups on one of the tables that had not been cleared yet. I was told you can only get a small drink with a child's meal? That size is not available to adults?

Parking: If you go through the drive thru, it doesn't really connect to the parking lot. So, if you get your food at the drive thru and want to eat in your car like a heathen (how we do it), you have to go back on the road, make an immediate right back into the lot.Enjoy.“

I only didn't give this a perfect score as sometimes it gets very busy and they seem to have trouble with managing the extended area during those periods. “Another Cincinnati hometown favorite. Our Bridgetown location certainly needs some work. The parking lot is beyond repair and dangerous. There is always food on the floor under the tables. Your not sure if today's meal will be steaming hot or like warm. Some food prep people need hair nets as one employee has long hair that is left hanging loosely as she prepared your food. Certainly has to be a health board issue. Apparently she is the only one not required to secure her locks properly.“
