Penn Station Reviews
Freshest subs you'll get in a franchise. I love the Fresh pressed fries instead of the obligatory bag of chips at all the other places. Great multi-grain bun and toasted to perfection. Do yourself a favor and just try a Penn Station East Coast Subs, you'll love it!
It was 9:30 and they were essentially cleaned up and ready to go. Restaurant closed at 10. We came in with 3 ppl. Food was just ok since it was rushed.
I got the Italian and asked for no mayo, no tomatoes, and peppers. It came out with extra tomatoes, extra mayo and extra peppers. When I took it back up to get it exchanged they were going to just take the toppings off. I advise them to we make it as there's no way they could get all the Mayo off of it. They did so accommodating. Outside of this. The meal was as you would expect for Penn station.

Penn Station East Coast Subs offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers praise the excellent customer service and cleanliness, others have encountered dry sandwiches and overcooked fries. Despite these occasional issues, the friendly staff, including the owner, make visitors feel welcome and serve delicious meals. The Chicken Teriyaki sub is a standout, with hot and fresh ingredients straight off the grill. Customers also appreciate the attention to detail, as the staff listens carefully to each order and ensures it is made exactly as requested. This location is recommended for those seeking a welcoming atmosphere and tasty, freshly prepared food.
