If I could give it a 10 star rating I would. This place needs to teach all the other Penn stations how to make food and how to treat customers absolutely amazing no other Penn station taste like this place.

The layout leaves a bit to be desired but that's not the fault of the folks who work there. The food is awesome and the service is ok.The only feedback I have is if you go in as far as a half hour away from closing, they've already started closing up shop, so you can't eat inside. I was planning on eating in with my granddaughter within the 30mins it was still open. Instead, we had to take it to go. I love the idea of Penn Station but always leave somewhat disappointed. I ask for extra pizza sauce and extra banana peppers but seem to get neither. Today's sandwich appeared to have 4-6 oz of sauce and a smattering of banana peppers. Next time I will ask for extra sauce and extra banana peppers on the side. Don't get me wrong, the food tastes good, but it would suit my taste buds more if I received it as I ordered it.
