Took 10 minutes to get food delivered to the table.
We had to wait at the drive thru. Then we were brought half our order, which was clearly printed on the tape. She went back to get the rest of our order and we waited and waited. Finally I went inside and she was taking food to inside customers. I asked for the manager, told her the problem and the server said, oh yeah like she forgot. All we were waiting for was a frappe. I had to go get it. Not good.
The woman at the ordering station was cordial, but everything was over 15 minutes for a burger and fries, people that came after me with bigger orders got their food before me, and stop it all they game me somebody else’s burger. Not incorrectly made, but a burger from an entirely different order number. They weren’t even understaffed, I could see the people in the back.
