was super disappointed in the CEO burger tonight. ordered a lettuce wrap that was non-existent.
Absolutely disappointing.
Hamburgers are good (junior size is plenty). Onion rings are to die for, but the fries kinda fell flat for me. Hot, but I like a thicker fry (not that these are thin), but they leave the skin on parts, and they’re small in length and a little greasy for my taste. Plus, it’s expensive (in my opinion) for a burger, fries and a drink - two of us, and it was over $27 with no liquor. They do have beer and some IPA’s on tap, but we stuck with Diet Coke.

BurgerFi is a restaurant known for its fantastic service, with friendly staff who go the extra mile to accommodate customers. The food offerings include a mix of plain fries, which can be a bit bland, and garlic and herb fries, which have too much parmesan. However, the Cajun fries have a good taste. The chicken tenders are noted as some of the best, crispy and delicious. The shakes are a highlight, especially the chocolate milkshake, which has been described as phenomenal. The restaurant takes allergies seriously and maintains a clean environment, including the restrooms. The menu includes a single burger, chicken strips, and a large order of fresh, made-to-order fries. Customers have appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service, making it a place they want to return to. The shift lead, Rebecca, is described as absolutely kind and goes out of her way to ensure an amazing experience. Sapphire, the young lady at the counter, is noted as extremely helpful and courteous. The Wagyu burger, although a little undercooked, is really good, and the chicken tenders are praised as sooooo flipping good.
