Caliente has evolved a lot over the past couple years. One thing that is consistent however , is the awesome food. Priced well and worth the money. Anytime I'm working in downtown fort Wayne , I make it a point to stop in for lunch at least once a week!
The service was great, our server kept checking in on us and was very knowledgeable + friendly. Food came out quick. I enjoyed the food, my favorite was the mofonguitos which were like plaintain nachos. The fries that came with our Cuban sandwich were light and crispy. I'll have to try the ropa vieja next time for sure. Plenty of free street parking on a Saturday afternoon.
