I ordered the baked mostaccioli and it wasn’t so baked. Yes the top had a blanket of cheese on it but once you cut thru that it was so over sauced and under baked it was like soup. The pasta was hard and stuck together. They missed the concept of baked. The bread is terrible too for an Italian restaurant. It used to be one of my favorite go to restaurants but it’s been hit or miss and more of a miss lately.
Always the most amazing food at all of the Casa restaurants in Fort Wayne! I live closer to another, but adore the atmosphere and staff at the West Jefferson location. I took my dad there for Father's Day and we couldn't have had a better time anywhere else in town! Our waiter, Marshall, was professional, quick and attentive. The front manager is gregarious, accommodating and absolutely brings life to this particular Casa. We'll be back a thousand more times!
