Mediocre at best....
This place is not committed. Today was supposed to be Oktoberfest. Besides a few blue and white Bavarian flags there was nothing Oktoberfestish about it.....No german music, none of the german beerstyles they offered were even close to style.....the Kölsch tasted like my very first home brew. The Oktoberfest was like a dark beer experiment gone wrong but no Oktoberfest/Märzen.....the place was not even half full.... understandable.....if they want to earn money they need to significantly step up their game.

“Went for the beer — stayed for the food”

We stopped by fort Wayne on our way back from Michigan to Indy. Couldn’t have picked a better way to end our vacation! A total gem. We ended up staying for two hours to enjoy the food an a couple of unique brews. I’m already itching to go back up to have another mango habanero sour. The outdoor patio was beautiful on a beautiful and we enjoyed talking with staff and patrons during our visit. It’s obvious it’s a local favorite and it’s now on the list of places to go back and visit very soon. Being from Indy we have our fair share of breweries around but this one is hands down the best one I’ve been to in Indiana.

I stopped by Chapman’s after looking around the farmers market nearby. It was a good choice for getting out of the heat. The space was nice, bright and open, and the staff seemed nice. I enjoyed a flight of four beers, and although they didn’t all meet my expectations, Smoke on the Maumee was excellent. I’m a sucker for a smoked beer, and that definitely made me happy. The location of Chapman’s is pleasant, and I think they’re doing a decent job.

Fantastic beer, very authentic. The menu has recently added pizza with dough coming from across the street made by Pasta di Guy. New kitchen management makes for great food all around.

Amazing beers! The Lumen, and Englishman, and Target Acquired really stood out. And delicious brew chips.

We had a party of 18 and arrived with no notice (totally our fault and they graciously accommodated us). The kitchen staff was very overwhelmed, even though it was a nearly empty restaurant when we arrived. Five or so dishes came out right away, and the others weren't out for another 1.5 hours! Kevin was our server and did the best job possible for the situation he was put in. He was also very apologetic and we appreciate the effort.

Hidden gem in fort Wayne right now. Very good beer and their food is excellent. Highly recommend.

Carry out: small order of wings and an appetizer came to $47, which didn't match pricing anywhere else... I can't suggest them when the prices are this high!

Chapman Brewery is a great spot if you’re after good beer and a welcoming atmosphere. They have a diverse selection of beers on tap, so there’s something for everyone whether you like something light, hoppy, or dark. The pub menu is more extensive than you’d expect, with plenty of tasty options to pair with a pint. The staff is friendly and really knows their stuff — they’re always ready to make a recommendation or answer questions about what’s on tap. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

We stopped in last Friday for our first time. The decor and atmosphere is inviting and gorgeous to look at. We happened to stop in during someone's wedding reception but the employees still greeted us and sat us in the back. Our server Ashley was fantastic. The mimosas were delicious. I had mine with Mango juice instead of orange. The pretzel was phenomenal. It was huge, crispy, salty, buttery and soft on the inside. We loved it! The onion rings, on the other hand, were flavorless. It actually just tasted of oil and literally nothing else. I asked for my wings extra crispy, they were not. My son got the macaroni and cheese. It tasted as if the cheese sauce wasn't mixed well. It was grainy and tasted of flour. The brisket sandwich was delicious. All in all, it was ok. We chalked it up to them being tired from preparing for a wedding. We may try again in the future.

We stopped by Chapman's Brewing Co - Electric Works for dinner and had a great time. We got to pick out table and and the service was friendly. Our food came out hot and fast and everything was made to order. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very open and they have an eclectic wall of knick-knacks to check out!

Seems like each time I order the fish It keeps getting smaller. I ordered extra tartar sauce today, but didn’t even need it like I normally would. This was real skimpy, and the breading was burnt, and it extended past the fish. It wasn’t money well spent. I work nearby and been getting food from here a lot . Breaded tenderloin is really good. Fish was really good the time I got it before this time. I probably won’t be ordering that again. Wasn’t much food. Mainly breading.
