Waited an Hour for my order to be taken on a slow night, had to take check and leave
The food is amazing!!!
Pretty good no complaints.
Food was pretty good, but the prices online don't match the menu prices in the store. I paid several dollars more than I thought I would on my take-out order. Please fix your online menu.
Chapman’s really pulled out all the stops for a new beer grand reveal. They proved they not only have a wonderful selection of great tasting beer, but the food and service are top notch. It was a totally amazing experience from start to finish. Shout out to Scott, Kat, and the chef 😊 My new favorite place!
Awesome service, good food, great beer. The atmosphere is cool too. Probably the best brewery in FW.
Not great… went to dinner on Wednesday night- catching up with friends- ordered drinks, apps, meals and desserts-
Apps were ok- got the Cauliflower and Brussels sprouts- not much flavor on either-
Ordered a 2 meat dinner- wings and brisket- wings were smoked but no idea how they rewarmed them- they were chewy-brisket was laying in oil- was a gross brown and had no flavor- no sauce was offered- it was so oily that the oil slick got all over my wings- sides came out 15 mins after mains were delivered- chips were good- wanted to order cheesecake flight (as seen on website) they don’t do those- ordered the 2 piece cheese cake- only to be told they didn’t have any- went to order a cookie and told they were out of that too. Over all not impressed- one and done for us-
( restaurant not busy- cost of meal 3 ciders- 1 app 2 meals was $80-NOT WORTH IT) way better local places to support-
We had the most amazing experience here! Travis and Rae were amazing at the bar. They were very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Even the host at the stand when we came in was so happy and welcoming. The food and drinks were great, and at a great price. Will definitely be back!
Sav was great! Great eats and good drinks!
The experience here was terrible. I went here for the private event and when my kid went to go get pour herself a water the staff rudely hate crimes. She describe the rude staff with disgustingly big beady ice blue eyes, horrific attitude, terrible roots, pink hair, quite plump, had canvas earrings, and was overall disrespectful. She clapped in my sweet autistic black kids face saying it was a health code violation for her to pour herself a water. Will not be coming back here if that lady still has her job.

Amazing place!!!
I really reeeeeallly wanted this to be a good review, but it’s going to be an honest one. Went down on a Saturday evening a little later (8:30ish) and was surprised there was only one table with guest. I asked if they were closing and they said no to pick a seat. We were given menues and our waitress was quick to come grab our drink order. I’m not a drinker, so maybe that’s why I was expecting my drink to be a drink but it was a van served upside down Unopen in an empty glass. We went with an easy order of all quick fried foods. Order was: giant cheese stick, sweet potatoe fries, and an order of buffalo cauliflower. (Which was $9 itself so we were expecting a large platter, as most other sides were 2/4$) after waiting over 20 minutes (without a check in from anyone) our food was served. The cheese stick was so burnt we just kinda stared at it and the massive cheese that was leaking out (standard) but we tried to cut into it which wasn’t easy so we poked through the top and the log was solid crispy burnt. I understand it’s a huge log of cheese and needs to be cooked awhile so we chipped off a piece and tried to eat it but the taste was just pure burn, we also looked up the other posted photos to make sure we weren’t being ‘extra’. The fries were also burnt to the point they were hollow inside. We flagged our waitress and explained the situation and she returned the items to the kitchen, then to the group of men at the front area, then back to us to let us know they would remake one and was out of the other. By then we were just ready to go (45min total visit). Inside was cute, trendy, modern rustic style. Lots of open views and comfortable seating. But the food itself and the wait time (canned drinks and sides that should have been able to be fried in 5min) especially for being empty was just too much for me. I been waiting awhile to come try the cheese log so that was a bust but we will try again maybe on a busier day. Two canned drink a fountain pop
and an order of cauliflower, total $25
Went with a group of 20+, service was a bit slow due to the size of our group but they got us in and seated with no problems in the middle of Saturday dinner and everyone got what they ordered and the food was GREAT!!
This place is awesome. Had a family reunion dinner here, thanks to my cousin Tom Stone. Fantastic food, great bar tender, Mateo and the few extra staff members who volunteered to work on their day off. Had a wonderful tour of the brewing co and got to go up top on the roof to view the Fort Wayne skyline. A must if you live here or just visiting.
Went in thinking the food wouldn't be much since it's a brewery, but the food was absolutely delicious!
