I had the pollo al pastor bowl there 2 weeks ago, and I am still thinking about how fresh and delicious it was!! I loved the cilantro, mango salsa, and the chicken was tender, lean, and perfectly seasoned. I'm excited about The Electric Works and all the businesses inside, but not gonna lie.. its going to be really hard not to go straight to Pikoso next time as well😉!
This food was delicious - we got the pollo al pastor. it was SCRUMPTIOUS and the ingredients tasted fresh and light! the staff were kind and friendly, i would totally recommend this spot!
