It seems to keep going down hill. The rice wasn't cooked. It tasted like they forgot to cook the batch and mixed it in with previous rice. The meat was fatty and tasted more like liver rather than steak. The staff were more interested in something in the back instead of serving customers, and serving portions were small.

Pretty disappointed tonight in the burrito I was able to order. Still had about an hour until closing and they didn’t have a lot of items out and prepped. There were at least three workers just sitting in the lobby talking to the ones behind the counter. I know this isn’t food related but I about busted my ass right outside of the door on ice because there was no salt laid out and witnessed two seconds later a lady in her 40s slip and fall ON HER BACK. Usually get good service but tonight it wasn’t up to par.

Employee Paris made my bowl perfect and treated me with so much hospitality that I had to write a review. I will be coming back! They have some good staff and great food.
Stood ready to give my order for 6 minutes. There was no line. No one (5 employees) would look at me or even take my order. Don't come here if you are looking to eat any food, they don't serve it. Not to mention, the place was filthy and out of at least half their protein.

This location has been good lately with the portions but today was awful. Got a burrito and a bowl with double meat in both. The burrito was smaller than my hand and the bowl wasn’t even half full. For $37 you could at least fill the bowl up… you’d think these employees pay out of their own pocket for the ingredients with these skimpy portions you get. Won’t be going back to this location

The Chinese guy working on 12/7/24 needs to fix his attitude every week me and my family come to the Lima road location to eat and my kids love their rice and always just get a bowl with white rice. This gentleman with his cocky attitude refused to do so and said it had to be in a small cup he could put just rice into a bowl when we have been for years and never once had an issue. Then wanted to continue with a smart ass remark about it. Sadly we will never be coming back here again.
