Overpriced slop at this point. I guess they figure they can keep raising prices and people will keep coming. To be fair this is not just about this location but all of them. Disappointed, a couple years back it was fairly priced food. Won't be back until they come to their senses.

Today I placed an online order. Picked it up and when i got home one of my bowls was supposed to be 1/2 chicken & 1/2 steak and there was no steak in the bowl. Went back to the store and told the work and showed her the bowl and was told it look like steak was in there( like I ate the steak out) I had literally just left there. She went to the back and came back and ask to put the steak on top of the bowl that was already made. I feel like that was not how it should have been down especially when the bowl wasn’t made how it was supposed to. I won’t be back at this location or this food chain for a long time. Very disappointed in customer service.

I would like to start off by saying the food here was amazing. But as we walked in, the trash cans were full, the tables were covered in food, and the bathroom was covered in urine. There was a guy up front was working on orders with a pair of gloves he never changed even when he went to go out to see his family and give everyone hugs. The girl who made our food was super sweet and changed hers after everything she made! Maybe it was a one off thing for him… but he could’ve had those on all day.

Wasn't the cleanliest experience. The trash was very full and there was a lot of trash on the floor and tables. One of the workers wasn't changing their gloves regularly. The food was good and service was very good!

Have given this location too many chances. They are awful if you order for delivery. Usually there’s barely anything in the bowl. Today, a chunk of fat and a hair attached. Also next to no lettuce in the bowl which you can see in the picture. Awesome!
To be honest, I hate leaving bad ratings, but I need to here. The tortilla shells weren't cooked, smelled and tasted like dough, and the whole burrito was barely warm and just a bland taste. Really bad. And my buddy had a bowl and didn't even want to finish it. And the food left a weird plastic/metallic taste in it mouth.

Service is shoddy. They give weird looks if you make a request like extra chicken and they skimp out on the portions….. a lot. Asked for a side of carne asada and they gave it to me in a sauce cup for $7 extra charge. After a little back n forth they gave it to me in a proper to go cup. This chipotle is really cheap and bad service. Coliseum is way better even if the lines are longer. (There’s probably a reason their longer)

Got steak burrito and went to take a bite and was stopped when I found the rice was rock hard and chipped my tooth and didnt ask for anything unreasonable other then refund on the steak burrito and was told no .....if you want a chipped tooth or uncooked or overcooked food this chapolte is for you otherwise drive by and save yourself the time simple 14 refund could have prevented this review

It seems to keep going down hill. The rice wasn't cooked. It tasted like they forgot to cook the batch and mixed it in with previous rice. The meat was fatty and tasted more like liver rather than steak. The staff were more interested in something in the back instead of serving customers, and serving portions were small.
