Unfortunately due to it being impossible for anyone to get ahold of this company as there automated system will not transfer you to the store, I am writing this review. I ordered 2 bowls today through the app and when I took off my lid there was this long purple piece of plastic in my food. Luckily I saw it before I took a bite however I am still frustrated as to how this even got past a team member.

Kid-friendliness: Staff rude….meat proportions is based on race even when u pay extra!!!! Maybe the meat is burnt dry or salty it’s one of other or maybe all three .

I give 1 star to the lanky blonde kid working tonight 12/29/23. He had a terrible attitude. Was literally handing out half scoops of rice and after being nice and patient with him, he decided to put meat in the bowl, then took half of it out and put it back into the container. 0/10 service, definitely not something I'd want to pay for.

The last time I went to pick up an order here, the girl working the drive through opened the window and just stared at me. No “hi”, no “name for the order?”, nothing. So I said my last name and she rolls her eyes and hands me the bag. Then she gives the lamest “have a good night” I’ve ever heard.

Not sure what's going on here, this is a terrible location, my experience in Ohio was great, this one is No Bueno.Dirty restaurant, employees who just don't care, I got sick afterwards. Pick another location unless you want an expensive colon cleaner.
