I’m so disappointed to get home after using curbside pickup to see that my burrito bowl is only half full.
I get the same order like once a week for the last few years and it always looks overflowing. I can usually get two meals out of one bowl but if my bowl is only half full then the high cost isn’t worth it. Do not order online from this location, half of my toppings were forgotten and on multiple occasions they’ve been out of vinaigrette for a SALAD and failed to mention it. Every time I’ve gone in person I’ve had no issues so not sure why the online orders are so half hearted but it’s frustrating.
Food is great always has been, but be prepared to stand in line for over 30 minutes for lack of employees working. The ones that are working, very unprofessional and slow. That manager guy is the only person that is professional and works in a timely manner. As for everyone else, this chipotle by far, is the worst in my book. Please get some new hires.They need to go go salsa grille and take some notes!
