Last night the service was very slow. Waiter wasn't on his game. Didn't listen to our order very well. Food was OK. We were looking for another place other than Paula's but didn't find it here. My wife talked with the manager on the way out but got no response. People came in after we were seated and received their meals promptly. We did not.
Arrived right on time for our reservation and stood there for a bit before anyone came to greet us. There were lots of staff going back and forth in front of us but no one acknowledged us - it seemed very weird on a Saturday night. Once we were seated, we sat there again with no one greeting us. We decided on Chop's tonight for dinner specifically due to them having a Gluten Free menu. My husband was diagnosed with Celiac's disease last year and finding "safe" places to eat has been difficult. Unfortunately after being GF for this long, if he unknowingly eats it he is sick for days.
