I had to read other reviewa to find out it was vegan. I forgot to tell my daughter before we went. 1st I didn't realize there was no place to sit and eat, fine it's a to go place. 2nd the staff is rude. My daughter orders her cinnamon roll and the lady ask in a very nasty tone, anything else? We order three more items including two coffees. Mind you my daughter didn't know it was a vegan restaurant. My daughter asks for 2% milk and the lady with a septum piercing replied in a very nasty and very rude tone said this a a vegan store. I about cancelled the order right then. That right there turned me off. I used a gift certificate to pay and she then completely acted like we were a inconvenience to her. We waited 15 minutes to get food and 5 for the drinks, huffing and puffing the whole time. We were the only patrons in There! We received our food and honestly it tasted very chemically and not not natural. The coffee seemed subpar. Since the food was only ok and the customer service was subpar we won't be back. I support the idea of a vegan stores, but if it comes with an attitude that hates everyone who didn't know it was vegan it deserves to fail. You build a business by being respectful to customers of all kinds.

We are so glad to have a vegan bakery in FW! This is a special treasure for our son. We all really enjoy the warm rolls with sweet icing and toppings! So tasty! The rolls remain soft after saving part of one for later in the day. Great selection of desserts with cookie dough, fruits and brownie toppings! Keep patronizing this shop so we can already treat our special diet loved ones!

the girls in there were so rude. laughing at us and then when i got done ordering they proceeded to say damn. two of them were hiding in the back and when the other girl was taking our order they all three were running to the back every 2 mins and came out laughing. very unprofessional and i won’t be coming back. the one girls name was emma and i don’t know about the other two.

they cancelled my doordash order despite everything being in stock. ordered 20 minutes before they closed on doordash but i guess employees didn’t feel like making it.

ALLERGY FRIENDLY VEGAN? Yes!! WOW! We were SO excited to find a dessert place that the whole family could eat at. Bananas with frosting and sprinkles? No problem!! My six year old was in heaven! I’m a huge fan of Cinnabon, so trust me the Cinnaholic Old Skool (regular cinnamon roll) is just as delicious!!!

It takes them forever to make an order. I order three Cinnabons online for pick up, show up at the time and it was not ready, cool, waited 30 minutes to get it. Like what’s the point of ordering it online when it’s not gonna be ready?!
