I love Fazoli's and this is the closest one for me which is an hour away. I probably eat at this location once or twice a year. Here is my review for this location.Pros:1. Lunch time specials are priced just perfectly and the variety is perfect! It is WAY CHEAPER than McDonald's!!2. Did I mention it was cheaper than McDonald's3. The food quality is pretty good for fast food Italian.4. Staff are super friendly.5. Want more bread sticks just ask! They do not walk around anymore...read full review

The food is pretty good for fast Italian. The service was friendly but we ask for more bread sticks that we didn't get. The building is in need of renovation " it's just showing it's age".

Food took a lil bit longer than expected. The noodles were cold but the chicken was warm. The customer service from the young man that waited on us was great. One thing I would change is make sure ppl keep their hair out their face when handling food . The dining room was clean but needed extra attention on the tables.
