First off, we’re from out of town. We came to Fazolis because it’s a home town favorite. The food and service at first was amazing. Then, as we’re eating the managers come out with an employee and begin counseling him VERY LOUDLY behind our table… how wholly unprofessional and frankly embarrassing. The issues they were discussing were matters that should be discussed in PRIVATE and not to put this young man on display and humiliate him further. Truly disgusting behavior regardless of what the employee has done wrong. This young man was CRYING.

I love Fazoli's and this is the closest one for me which is an hour away. I probably eat at this location once or twice a year. Here is my review for this location.Pros:1. Lunch time specials are priced just perfectly and the variety is perfect! It is WAY CHEAPER than McDonald's!!2. Did I mention it was cheaper than McDonald's3. The food quality is pretty good for fast food Italian.4. Staff are super friendly.5. Want more bread sticks just ask! They do not walk around anymore but they still give out more than enough.6. They have actual real plates and silverware!Cons:1. The place needs a deep clean what I mean is the carpet is free of trash but it needs shampooing really bad.2. The drink area needed to be cleaned up some what I mean is the containers and things just needed organized better and needs to be cleaner.

The food is pretty good for fast Italian. The service was friendly but we ask for more bread sticks that we didn't get. The building is in need of renovation " it's just showing it's age".

Food took a lil bit longer than expected. The noodles were cold but the chicken was warm. The customer service from the young man that waited on us was great. One thing I would change is make sure ppl keep their hair out their face when handling food . The dining room was clean but needed extra attention on the tables.
