It has been at least a year since we have gotten these cookies so we drove 40 minutes today to get some. My iced sugar cookie and his double chocolate mint chip were crunchy , almost burned on the bottom. I use to buy several dozen every Christmas and I’ve never had a bad cookie. The taste is pretty much still there we were somewhat a little disappointed this time.

Cookie Cottage is a Fort Wayne institution. They are so good my mom would mail them to us overseas on deployment and they would bring a smile to everyone's face!

Good cookies but the lady that helped me was rude. Had a 2pm pickup for 5 dozen that was not boxed yet. Asked for an additional 2 dozen same variety and the lady behind the counter was not clear on what “putting them in one box” meant so I asked for an additional box to rebox the 2 dozen myself and she said they don’t sell boxes. She proceeded to rebox the 2 dozen for me and then charge .50 cents for a box.

Cookie monster. Best cookies I've ever bought! Reminds me of my mom's cookies as a child. My wife doesn't like cookies, and she even asks to go.

I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is so friendly! Their cookies are to die for. My favorite would definitely have to be there iced sugar cookies. The icing they use is so delicious! My husband and I got half a dozen of cookies and it was only $9. You also collect rewards points. So every dollar you spend is 1 rewards points or as they call it (chips). Which definitely adds up quick with how often you're gonna want to come here!!
