Love this place! The food is consistently excellent, and the service is top-notch. However, in my quest for birria tacos across Fort Wayne, I've found that the best ones are at Cebollas. They're packed with meat, wonderfully crispy on the outside, and the beef birria consommé is absolutely to die for.
Great atmosphere and wonderful service! The staff really moves quick and treats you very nice. The steak tacos I had were average but they were warm, full of meat and came out quick. I would def go back.

I love this place best Mexican food in Fort Wayne!! Staff friendly efficient food served fast and hot!! Loved the salsa and chips especially adding queso cheese dip. I always get shrimp fajitas definitely superior as I do not like green peppers and you can get them that way here!! Always accommodating year after year same superb job!!!
