The case of the missing salad dressings: Problems happen. It's how you handle the problem that matters most. I just had the manager, Jo, disrespect me in a way that I felt compelled to get on Google to warn other individuals. The problem itself was so minor, forgetting to include salad dressing for our salads that we carried out for lunch. When we called back, we received no apology and no remedy for the situation.
