Miss J’s Diner is a pretty nice restaurant located inside a TA Express. The dining room is very clean and, thankfully, has no television noise. It is handicap accessible. The price and value are well worth it, and the food is reasonably priced. The portions are very generous, making it a good place for a big appetite. The food was delicious. The chicken Alfredo was so so good, with chicken that had a good flavor and perfect noodles. The all American breakfast had eggs cooked well and the best potatoes in a restaurant, crispy with onions and peppers. The Veggie Omelette was super stuffed with veggies and garnished with parsley, served with shredded hash browns with onions and wheat toast. They have REAL BUTTER. The 10 oz steak, cooked medium well, was easily one of the best steaks in a long time. The fried Mac and cheese bites and the BLT sandwich are also highly recommended. The service was exceptional and excellent. Servers like Ana, Alexis, Ami Lu, and Tristyn are amazing and very attentive. The management does a very good job of making customers feel right at home, even 600 miles away. Miss J’s is as good as it gets on the road.
