Waited 15 minutes I drive through at 800 pm on July 4 for a turtle sundae and a regular cake cone of the flavor of the day “ultimate brownie bite”. The turtle sundae was great my husband said , but mine was less than appropriate. A 2 scoop cone that had one 1/4 inch piece of brownie in it and when I got to the cone it was hollow! No ice cream in it at all! It there was 1/4 cup of ice cream on top I would have been surprised! I have gone to Culver’s for years and have NEVER...read full review
