First impression, employee was standing right in the way of the door while changing a trash bag and barely moved as we tried to squeeze through. Same employee took our order and seemed irritated with having to do her job. Blizzards were not made to order and none of the 4 were served upside down. The first 2 I flipped upside down myself and they were thick-ish the 2nd when I tried to turn upside were so liquidy that they would have spilled. It wouldn't have been a huge deal but the entire experience was lacking any positive customer service. And the bathroom was absolutely filthy with toilet paper every where.

I'm not sure what it is about this DQ, but the servers never seem pleased to be there. Minimal service, always need to ask several times for items, just not an enjoyable experience, especially for the cost ☹️

Ordered my food, was told to get my dilly bars from the freezer, and ice cream sandwich (boxes). Come to find out they're out of ice cream sandwiches, from the freezer. I let him know, he checked the back. He told me he's sorry, their out. That's fine, I'll get my money back for them. I was told to get something else from the freezer, it's around the same price. I don't want to pay 15 dollars for something I don't want though. Patiently waited. Went to the front, to ask about my food. No one would ask what I needed. 20 minutes had passed and only a couple (eating their food) was in there at the time of my arrival. People that arrived after me, had their food. Finally I got the guys attention (Tyler F) and told him my kids where waiting for me, outside of their elementary school, I needed my food, or i had to go. He replied that he would check, the cook said he made my flame burger a while ago, he must've given it to someone else. (You could tell the cook was annoyed with him). He then told me I had to wait, I told him I couldn't. I'd just get my money back after i get my kids. He told me, "honestly it would be faster to wait, because the manger was busy doing the window, and he cant give me the money back. I told him I had to go, I'd just come back to get my food. I came back, he told me to hold on, I had a lady come up to me and ask me why I was still there (customer) I explained.. Tyler gave me my food, no sorry, no nothing. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager, he rolled his eyes, threw up his hands and went and got her. I explained to her, I wanted my money back for the ice cream sandwiches. She wasn't nice either, made excuses that their busy. I understand that 100% during that time of me coming back they seemed to be busy. But I told her, he needed better training and she seemed upset I wanted my money back. When I showed her my reciete and told her it was a box, you could see she felt bad, knowing it wasn't just one I.C sandwich it was a box of them. For 15 some dollars. Then she said she was sorry gave me expired coupons and my 15 dollars back. Embarrassing me, not taking blame. This was the worst service I've had. I have my own company and deal with people all the time. This is not the correct way. My QR code won't work, for a review. Had it all typed out. Get better management, and a better team, please. I didn't want all my money back, i just wanted it back for the food, i couldn't get and she embarrassed me instead. Check the camreas. 😮💨

Per Indiana code 95.65 reasonable distance on smoking. Drive up services exclude. Do not let this place of business tell you the law is different. Do not accept being told not to do it again . Calling the store to explain in calm matter gets you hung up on .call corporate as I did.
I have contacted corp once as you see below they want me to contact them again . Even though they have all information to contact me and I encourage a return phone . Playing tag with Gmail . Not how to resolve a problem
Manager called me doesn't wish to to hear me out completely and hung up, have had discussion with city of fort wayne fire department any business inside city limits are subject to the city code 95.65 reasonable distance. This place CANNOT STOP YOU FROM SMOKING AT DRIVE UP WINDOW!!
Just because they do not agree with the city code. The must go infront of city council and ask that the law be changed.

The past 3 times I have been to this location I have ordered and paid for extra peanut butter in my milkshake…each time my milkshake was very runny so I do not recommend this location if you want a good milkshake!!

My wait was long. The chicken strips were tiny. The 20 degree tip of my blizzard certainly wasn't upside down and would have spilled everywhere if it had been flipped.

i’m normally not the person to do reviews but it was cracking me up that this was 6 something. the tender on the right isn’t even bigger than my ring finger ? the employees were all really nice just 6 bucks for a pinky chicken tender was silly to me ?

very disappointed w my experience today. i got 3 piece combo meal and asked for an extra ranch and 2 pieces of toast. paid extra for them obviously and they weren’t in my bag. didn’t leave the drive thru yet and was waiting also for my ice cream and drink that they forgot. tried giving me a coke when i ordered sprite. it was jus very frustrating and the whole restaurant is run my kids doing who knows what. my toast was also cold and i only got 10 fries max w my tenders.

This is the 2nd time consecutively I've visited this location. I ordered the same thing with XTRA toppings which I'm charged for which i do understand. I asked them politely to thoroughly mix my blizzard because last time 3/4 of my blizzard was plain vanilla ice cream WITH NO XTRA TOPPINGS that I was clearly charged for. Well joke was on me again. SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED. Just plain ridiculous.
For many years, my wife and I have enjoyed a few moments together while having a heath blizzard.

Stopped in to get a blizzard on my way home from dinner. Everyone was super nice and someone got me a bag for the to-go box from another restaurant I was holding. They were super fast and checked on me while I was writing this review waiting for my ride to come pick me up.
I came in very close to closing so they were cleaning up but didn't try to rush me outside, which I appreciate because it is hot out.
