I would like to buy this site, first thing Teminate the manager. Napkins empty, the call ahead and drive up priority over walk in customers.

This is the second time we have been through the drive through and have gotten the wrong toppings in our blizzards. This time we noticed it was wrong on the receipt before receiving the blizzard so we stopped someone and mentioned it and they remade the blizzard, but again with the wrong toppings in both of our orders even after a remake. Will not be going back at this point for a $7 blizzard they cannot make correctly even after being corrected.

Went through the drive thru and got two blizzards. My royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard had absolutely no strawberries in it … and when we pulled up to the window about 6 people walked right past us ignoring us for about 6 minutes until one young lady finally helped us. They didnt even flip the blizzard because they knew it was too melted from sitting on the counter for so long.

The brownie blizzard extreme is nothing but all chocolate only a couple of pieces of brownies for the price they charge aint worth it and the banana split comes in a cup since when has a banana split ever been served in a cup the price they charge aint worth it

I would absolutely give a ZERO if they offered it! Im writing my concern, because when I called there today to try to resolve the issue, they never called me back. So, like a fool, I called them, and they told me they were to busy to discuss any issues. Great JOB DAIRY QUEEN!

This place is terrible! They don't have enough staff, from the time we got there till we got our food was an hr and we were 1 adult and 1 toddler I ordered the bacon cheese deluxe and my sandwich had no bacon or cheese and when I said something they just gave me a few pieces of bacon and that's it! 😡 The purple haired girl that runs the register is so rude and totally ignores everyone till she's ready to talk to you. A drink got spilled and I asked for a rag and I was given 2 pieces of paper towel that's it, the tables were all dirty you had to clean your own table. I'm not going back. They suck!!!

Lately when I come here they have been extremely stingy with the toppings on the blizzards. I paid nearly $7 for a small blizzard, which ended up being pretty much plain ice cream. I asked for extra topping, which I was charged for. Every time I come here now I have to pay extra $ just to get a small amount of topping inside my blizzard. The commercials show large amounts of toppings on the blizzards, while in reality you are given pretty much vanilla ice cream.
