Rude, nonchalant, unhelpful staff. Entire order was wrong. Burnt bacon and cheese rollup with no egg inside. Donuts thrown in bag upside down.
Hello I went to Dunkin Donuts on Lima Rd this morning Feb 22,2021. I had my app open for a free medium coffee on mondays. I ordered a coffee,sandwich and apple fritter. When I got to pick up window and scanned my code it didn’t take.
A lady walks over and says I have to have a card on file. Mind you I had already clicked on pay another way. I told her it says cash, debit or credit. I told her I have never had a card on file.

Ordered Valentines doughnuts for my son and drove an hour to pick them up. Told me they didn’t have any. If it lets you order it and you don’t have them, call people and tell them. Refund my money but nothing to compensate me for my inconvenience. Horrible customer service!
