My recent visit to the McDonald's on Lima Road in Fort Wayne was, to put it lightly, a disappointment. With an expectation of a quick grab-and-go meal, the 20-minute wait at the drive-through was the first red flag that things were going awry. When a customer asks to speak to the manager and the manager IGNORES it to keep working on drive through orders is ridiculous. Sorry you don’t have the staffing that you need but it is still your job as the manager to deal with customer problems first.
