This used to be a great dunkin. Now the service is slow, the workers are rude, waits are long, and they're always out of donuts. Go somewhere else. Strong do not reccomend.

I ordered a large cold brew and they tried to give me a medium. When I told them it was wrong they took it back to "make a new one" but instead dumped the medium into the large cup and just added a ton of ice to fill it. And the medium cold brew has the syrup and sweetener meant for a large so it's way too sweet.

It is way too hot in this store! The owner needs to get the air conditioning/heater fixed! These are inhumane conditions to have these workers in! While waiting on my order I got so overheated I started shake! The employees may not be able to say anything for fear of losing their jobs, but if I end up in the hospital I will Sue him. Overall the staff is great. They get my order for me every morning. And they do not deserve to be treated like this. Nobody does. Fix this Sir before it gets bad for you!!

Ordered a mobile order. They were out of donuts and could not offer a refund. Told me I would have to take it up with customer service. The hashbrowns were terrible. Not even remotely fresh. The breakfast empanada was ok for the price. They had forgotten the skewer of donut holes I ordered so I also had to drive back to retrieve them. Just go to another location this one is not it.

I ordered two sandwiches at the drive up that were shown on the menu board to be $3 each - actually stating in the order that I wanted two of the $3 sandwiches to go along with my two frozen coffee drinks. When I checked the receipt as I drove away I discovered that in fact I was charged $4.98 for each sandwich. Thus resulting in an overcharge of $1.98 for each of the two sandwiches or just short of $4. I am not happy about this especially after being so precise in my placing of the order.

I have never been so livid during my experience. I ordered a matcha flavor drink and waited for about 7-10 minutes. People who ordered after me got their orders ready first.The girl who took my order, she wears a tan sweater, let me know they’re out of matcha during the wait instead of during the order. I could have ordered a different drink. So I got a rightful refund. Management needs to find workers with convenient service.

They’re always friendly but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go they don’t have any donuts. I go in the morning, afternoon or evening. Same thing, “no we don’t have that, or that.” Can you tell me what you do have? I don’t understand being a donut and coffee place and never having donuts. I think if management changed and they do better with planning ahead and ordering a proper amount of donuts for each day this would stop being an issue.

The absolute WORST fast food experience ever. I had to wait 5 minutes to get some fake coffee creamer (they don't have half and half) and the sandwich was cold.... ever try to eat a cold egg and sausage croissant?? I can assure you, it is GROSS. Oh and what happened to their coffee? It used to be good. This was a carry out order and unfortunately I was too far away before I discovered I got royally screwed by this establishment, otherwise I would have turned around. Anyway.... NEVER AGAIN. The staff seemed either disengaged or incapable of doing a simple job and stressed out about it. Where is the district manager, LOL good luck.

Not even worth 1 star!Back in August 2023 I went through the drive through to get an iced coffee and I always order it with caramel, cream, and sugar with less ice. A pretty simple order you would think right? Wrong. What I received was a large iced creamer. There was NO coffee. NO sugar. NO caramel. Just a white 32 oz cup of creamer. I did the survey through the app and Jose MiguelCustomer Relations Coordinator emailed me and said that someone would be reaching out to me. I received what I thought was a message from someone who would be helping me, Terrie McCombsDistrict Manager, and she told me that the location manager would be reaching out to me. That was in AUGUST! It is now the end of OCTOBER and no one has contacted me. I reached out yet again at the end of SEPTEMBER and no one has contacted me. I have been back to this same location and have received more than one “iced coffee” that was nothing but creamer. I have worked in the restaurant industry before and if you see something that you know doesn’t look right, you DON’T SERVE IT!!! The employees there simply do not care. The employees are a reflection of the manager. If the manager can’t even follow up and do their job efficiently, how can you expect your employees to go above and beyond?Speaking of employees, whatever happened to having to wear uniforms and being clean and presentable looking? The employees that have been there the last couple years look like they just rolled out of bed without brushing their hair and their clothes look like they’ve been sitting in the dryer for a week. Sure they may be somewhat friendly, but that doesn’t make up for being served multiple cups of creamer that I had to dump and couldn’t even drink.It is now almost December and still no response from the location manager.

ABSOLUTE WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER food was cold direct from drive through not edible, refrigerator cold food, tried to return and the two employees immediately started a vebal conflict, one acting like he was about jump over the counter at me and gave me violent look and stare and attitude because i told I am filing a review never coming back, they had been rude several times in the past but never thought I was in danger from an employee.

If I can rate this place with zero stars I would. Let's start with the menu presentation- it's busted and janky. There's tape Everywhere!Next, how do you run out of more than 1 type of donut? I told myself last week that I would never come to this location again, but I thought they could redeem themselves. I was twice as disappointed as the last weeks visit. This Dunkin needs to be closed!
