Someone in corporate needs to check on this location, as well as look into the app. How do expect people to order ahead if we cannot customize our drinks? Service is way too slow and it seems like it's been weeks since their bakery was down.
new staff earning low marks. not getting what was ordered most visits, food prep area & floors are disgusting, plus you are asked to tip at payment.

Workers seem very nice, but the donut seltection is extremely small and there is very little icing on the donuts. Coffee was fine.
