AWFUL! I ordered a dozen donuts on the app 10 minutes prior to coming in. The order was not ready. The lady that was trying to help me was rude. She proceeded to give my order to another employee to finish because I was “irritating” her. I just wanted my dozen donuts that I ordered on the app prior to coming in. This was the worst customer service.
