drive thru is extremely slow!
TERRIBLE customer service!!!
Manager said to me “you are so rude for holding up the line and asking for a pup cup!” ... it had not even been 1 minute and only ONE car was behind me.
I will be sticking to Starbucks where they go out of their way to treat my dogs AND do not charge for a cup of whip cream.
