Kinda ridiculous with the amount of air in this Mcflurry ? always trouble with this McDonald's either taking 20+ minutes (fast food ha), food is cold, or your getting a wrong order. If you can't properly staff and run a place it really should be shut down.
Soggy food accompanied with a soggy attitude.Service:Was extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude. I asked what the flavor of the shamrock shake was. Her response was "it's a shamerock shake, the flavor is shamerock" I followed up clarifying my question by asking "is it vanilla, is it mint? What is the flavor? Placed mobile order for two drinks. I went thru the drive-thru and they wouldn't except my order and told me I needed to pay. I tried showing them my order on my phone but they didn't want ANYTHING to do with that. They were talking to me and calling me ma'am in a way that I was being unruly. I know it was only 2.50 but it is the point that they didn't even try to help and made it out like I was not being honest. Just be careful when mobile ordering.
