Highly recommend cheese curds and a large blizzard.
I usually don’t write reviews on fast food places, but this one stopped me in my tracks. The customer service was amazing, the employees here are super sweet. The compliments I received and the service I was given, so much Care. The atmosphere was super clean and comfortable. The food here is always amazing.
I came into the store around 10:30am on Friday February 27th. We were greeted by a bubbly sweet young lady with red hair. She had the best smile, and her customer service was excellent. I would give you a 5-star review but the cheese on the hamburger was not melted and the food took so long to come up. The gentleman in the back was wearing an ear pod and was trying to hack up lung. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers tasty and reasonably priced food, including burgers, fries, and Blizzards. However, there have been issues with excess sauce on sandwiches and some menu items being out of stock. The cleanliness of the outdoor dining area and the presence of hornets can be distracting. Additionally, the choice to have news playing on the TV may not appeal to all customers. Overall, the food quality is generally good, but there is room for improvement in other areas of the dining experience.
