Placed a mobile order to avoid the long wait on arrival and still had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. They were short-staffed and while they probably tried to fill orders in the sequence they were placed multiple customers who ordered in store received their orders and were done eating before the mobile orders ever got their food. Management, this is not the first time we’ve experienced this. If you can’t fully staff your restaurant step up and help out!
I've heard many people recommend this place. Now I know why.
Wow, I specifically ordered the veggie sandwich with specific veggies only-mushroom, pickles and tomatoes. Does this look like that? And I waited for twenty minutes when there wasn’t even meat to cook. Come on, pay attention 🙄 thanks for ruining my lunch.
