Great food and friendly service! You get a lot of food for the price you pay. Our bill is always under $40.00. Can not go wrong when choosing Joanna's Restaurant at any of the locations! Will not break the bank or leave hungry. Our favorite go to!

First time eating at Joanna's in Auburn. Took my family from Michigan there for Breakfast. Let me just say....the service and our food was just awesome!!!!! Definitely will be going back!! 🙂😊

Went on a Sunday morning and it was efficient and busy! But they handled it so well! Breakfast came out quickly and our server was so nice and helpful. I had the crunchy french toast and it was like the perfect combination of french toast and an elephant ear!! So so so good!! My fiancee got the chicken and waffles and loved them as well! 10/10!

We were rudely treated by the waitress Kelci and the male host that acted like we were ignorant idiots because of the misrepresentation of the menu. Their two biscuits and gravy meal, is actually one biscuit broken in half to make two pieces. However, the half order of biscuits and gravy comes with one whole biscuit not split into two pieces. When we asked about this to the waitress, she replied “I didn’t print the menu. You didn’t read the menu did you? That’s the way it comes.” And in no way at all did they try to rectify, compensate, or attend to our concerns. The very worst of it all is that they acknowledged that they knew it. As a matter fact, it was quite rude and belittling the way they said we could not read a menu. Highly unprofessional. And above all they were doing this in front of a new employee that was getting trained. Overall, the management and these two employees specifically at Joanna‘s on Jefferson are horrible and need to be retrained on professional etiquette. They need to take a look at their employees and their problems, HOWEVER!!! I will say the food tasted great. Kudos to the Cook!! Thank you. You might want to find a better place to work because they are killing your rep .
