The food was really good. I really liked the dining area. It was very elegant; but not over the top. The waitress was kind and courteous.
The revamp completely ruined the atmosphere we always go there for. It went from cozy classy to bright and uncomfortable. They do have some very good dishes, but the lasagna is the worst I’ve ever had. It’s just layers of noodles with no meat or ricotta between and it tastes like a frozen dinner. To me that just says a lot about an Italian restaurant. The service is always great though. So it has its hits and misses.
Our server was Gina. She was really great! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and didn’t feel rushed. The food was delicious I had the lobster fettuccine and my husband had the baked ziti with chicken and shrimp . Our appetizer was calamari delicious also.
