Every time I eat at Gibli I find myself amazed by the flavor and quality of the food. Somehow, their food seems to get better each time I visit, and it is always prepared and served by the friendliest people. Gibli has easily become one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Wayne.

We had a family dinner catered from Gibli Middle Eastern Fare and it was wonderful. The food was hot and ready on time and was a big hit with the whole family. We highly recommend and will be stopping by again and again to enjoy their delicious food.

I ordered a Chicken Shawarmma bowl and hummus with Naan bread along with tabbouleh. It was the worst food food. I'm originally from Detroit MI with the Largest Middle Eastern community in the US. So I know what this food is suppose to taste like. THIS AINT IT. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN THE NAAN BREAD WAS STORE BOUGHT NOT FRESH THE HUMMUS WAS NOT MADE BUT BOUGHT THE SHAWARMMA SALAD WAS WARM. THE TABBOULEH WAS BLAND.

Everything I've eaten from Gibli has been outstanding! I go there often enough that I've tried most regular menu items, and they've all been exceptionally good! The staff is kind as well, and whether I'm getting an order to-go or dining in at Union Street Market I've always been pleased. This food is a staple!

I got a to go order and listen.... i haven't even made it home and had to pull over and taste this food..... maaaaan this sht is FIRE!!!! Taste fresh and full of flavor. The blakava is phenomenal!!! Definitely recommend!! The humus and cubed beef...... mmmmm mmm mmmm. New favorite spot.

Another delicious meal. The kebob, rice, bulgur wheat, grape leaves, tomato salad and tea are all so delicious. This week is savor Fort Wayne so if you’ve been wanting to try something different, try Gibli. They cook the food fresh it’s not an open the box or bag n serve. The owners of this shop are the best. They are very welcoming and Kind. It’s my favorite place to eat. I had the chicken kebob but Sorry I ate half of the food before I remembered to take this picture ?
